Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are fulfilled based on your location and shipped using the fastest available service.
Note: Orders are only processed Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping timeframe.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times:
- USA, UK, Canada, and Europe: 10–14 business days
- Other international locations: 16–25 business days
You may receive your order sooner depending on your location. All shipments include a tracking number for real-time updates.
Please be aware that delays beyond our control—such as customs processing or postal issues—may occur. In cases of product unavailability, manufacturing may require an additional 7–10 business days before shipping.
3. COVID-19 Shipping Notice
While our shipping partners continue to operate at normal speeds, some customs delays may occur due to the pandemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

4. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of order. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified.
Morgan Wallen Merch is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returned Packages (Non-Deliverable)
If a package is returned due to being undeliverable, a $15.00 processing and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your order, a $15.00 processing and handling fee will also be deducted from your refund.
7. Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Morgan Wallen Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered and does not issue refunds in such cases.
8. Customs Duties & Taxes
We cannot guarantee whether your order will be subject to customs fees. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country.
9. Warehouse Locations
We operate from warehouses in North America and Asia. Your order will ship from the warehouse with available inventory.
10. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates do not account for unexpected courier delays. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for rural or remote locations.

12. Required Customer Information
