Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy Details

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return Period: Returns are only accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply in the following cases:
    • Items returned after 15 days.
    • Items with missing or damaged parts not caused by our error.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items marked as sale or clearance (exceptions may apply).
    • Products returned due to change of mind.
    • Incorrect returns sent to the shipping label address in the package (please contact us for return instructions).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within another 5 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Reach out to your bank — processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at morganmerchstore@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable. If you’re returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially if you’re in a remote location. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A $10 restocking fee applies to all cancellations.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as orders may already be processed.

Order Changes

Order changes (e.g., address updates, size changes) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  1. You never received your order.
  2. You are still within the 24-hour window to make changes or cancel.
